"My favourite moment of the West Africa Economic Summit was the Youth Futures Roundtable. I think this was significant because we were able to get young people from all over the country to come and actually have conversations about policies that could potentially have an impact. It showed not just the government’s but the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ vision for inclusivity of young people — whether that’s Gen Z and millennials. That’s exactly what we need: more young people in those seats and positions, to diversify opinions and deliver tangible results."
